This resource manual is a companion document to State Board of Education Rule 160-4-2-.38 EDUCATION PROGRAM FOR GIFTED STUDENTS, which was adopted by the State Board of Education on May 10, 2012. The guidelines included in this manual provide assistance to local boards of education, local school districts, administrators, and teachers.
