The impact of assistive technology on student achievement is documented and has been researched. This webinar series will cover topics from notetaking and graphic organizers all the way through communication systems and low-tech devices. We encourage you to log into the series to learn more about how assistive technology can support the students you serve. We will be discussing everything from no tech to high tech. No tech could be anything from a pencil grip, post it notes, or tactile letters to a weighted pencil. Low/mid tech includes switches, talking calculators, MP3 players. High tech includes reading pens, speech recognition software, word processors, communications systems with touch screens.
