Culinary Arts Industry Certification Training

Duration: 2 hours
Intended Audience: 6-12 teachers, Administrators, CTAE teachers 9-12
Please note this is a two-day workshop:
Part 1: September 1st from 4:00pm-6:00pm
Part 2: September 8th from 4:00pm-6:00pm
This training is designed for Culinary Arts Programs that are interested in receiving industry certification. The entire certification process will be discussed as well as providing clarification to each standard. http://www.gachef.org/resources.htm AND https://www.acfchefs.org/download/documents/Accreditation/standards.pdf Those completing industry certification during the 2021-22 academic year MUST attend. Any Culinary Arts teacher and their administrator is welcome to attend. If you are thinking about going through industry certification, this will be a good workshop to get your started.
