Join us for our monthly webinar series on topics related to employee wellness and support.

As educators and servant leaders, we often have a hard time prioritizing our own wellbeing. Mental health is not only a challenge faced by students, but also by colleagues and family members. The following EAP sessions are offered in January.

Session 1, January 5: Eat Well. Move More. Sleep Better
This session will help participants explore three of the most important components for living a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and sleep.

Session 2, January 19: Battling Burnout
This session will help participants recognize the early warning signs and risk factors, and learn how to implement anti-burnout strategies.

Session 3, January 24: Work Smarter, Not Harder – Become a Time Management Master
This session will help participants understand the time management process and the characteristics of effective time managers.
