Modernist Mother Sauces

Intended Audience: 6-12 teachers, CTAE teachers 9-12

Culinary Arts and Nutrition & Food Science Instructors Only. Participants will participate in an interactive presentation on the modernist mother sauces. During the presentation, standards will be identified that can be addressed in your virtual or face-to-face classrooms. You will be able to take the skills learned and use them in your classes and for future student competitions
