21st CCLC High-Quality Implementation Rubric Pilot and Capacity Building

September 29 - May 6

Description:

Have you ever wondered how the experiences your program provides may be contributing to student growth and outcomes? Join the 2026–27 Out of School Time (OST) High-Quality Implementation Rubric Pilot and help shape a new tool for examining program practices and student experiences. Program Directors and their external evaluators are highly encouraged to participate together to build shared language, calibrate observations, and develop a common understanding of high-quality implementation. The rubric will help Program Directors gather evidence to guide staff coaching and continuous improvement while supporting external evaluators in developing specific, actionable recommendations for summative evaluation reports.
