Designed for educators in GaLEADS pilot districts, this session explores the power of intentional reflection as a catalyst for professional growth and continuous improvement. Participants will examine the importance of introspection, learn strategies for focusing on meaningful growth goals, and explore how regular reflection can increase self-awareness and accountability. Attendees will leave with practical approaches for making quarterly reflection a valuable part of their professional practice.
