Applying Scaffolding Through Case Studies and Lesson Design
Recorded Webinar

Description:
This recorded professional learning session builds on foundational knowledge of instructional scaffolding by engaging educators in the analysis of student data, classroom scenarios, and science lessons. Participants identify student strengths and challenges, select and design purposeful scaffolds that support engagement in Science and Engineering Practices, and develop plans for gradually releasing supports as students build independence. Through real-world examples and lesson design opportunities, educators learn how to maintain high expectations while providing all students with meaningful access to rigorous science learning.
