This Back to Basics webinar on Transition Planning will provide the learner with information for developing effective and compliant transition plans for special education. Learners will become knowledgeable about the process for creating compliant transition plans using best practices. Each component of the transition plan will be discussed in depth. Learners can engage in built-in activities and are provided with examples and non-examples.
