During this session, participants learn how to develop SMART logic models to determine the effectiveness of Title IIIA-funded activities. The SMART goal and Logic Model specify how to measure outputs (evidence of implementation) and outcomes (short-, medium-, and long-term changes in behavior and knowledge), and the types of data to collect and examine when determining the value or level of effectiveness of the Title IIIA-funded activity, strategy, or intervention.
