Building Capacity Through Shared Leadership
September 30 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Description:
Strong school improvement plans often stall when implementation, monitoring, and adjustment depend on just a few people. This session explores how leadership teams can build sustainable capacity by distributing ownership of school improvement priorities through intentional structures, evidence-based routines, and collaborative decision-making. Using a Georgia elementary school as a learning example, participants will examine practical tools and strategies for strengthening leadership capacity, increasing accountability, and sustaining improvement through shared ownership. Leave with actionable ideas to help your team move from individual effort to collective impact.
