Coffee & Conversation meetings are for new Parent Mentors who enter the Georgia Parent Mentor Partnership within each fiscal year. The purpose of the Coffee & Conversation is to provide a safe place for new mentors to grasp their roles and responsibilities within the district and LEA; learn to navigate the Parent Mentor Website for resources, webinars, data expectations and reporting; introduce opportunities to collaborate with outside agencies; and discover any other supports needed for a successful year as a first-year mentor.
