Collecting Data for Special Education Preschool Outcomes
Recorded Webinar

Description:
LEAs are required to monitor implementation of special education preschool programs by collecting information on federal preschool indicators and reporting outcomes when students exit the preschool program. Outcome data for students exiting preschool is reported annually on July 31, through the Preschool Outcomes Application of the Special Education Applications (SE Applications) located in the GaDOE Portal. This recorded presentation informs participants of the continuum of placements available to young children with disabilities and the role of a Free and Appropriate Public Education in fostering positive preschool outcomes. In addition, the recorded presentation guides participants to understand the process and tools Georgia uses in the collection and reporting of preschool outcomes.
