Community Engagement & Wellness Policies
This e-learning training focuses on the importance of involving school stakeholders and community partners in the local wellness policy process. Not only is this type of involvement a requirement of the policy, but it is best practice and an essential component of a whole-child centered policy. Participants will take away strategies and suggestions for who and how to engage key stakeholders such as students, families, and community organizations into the process.
