The Data Collection and Validation team invites you to attend Open Office Hours to discuss the new Data Collection and Validation Transmission Dates Calendar and learn where to find related documentation and resources.
September 10, 2026 | 1 p.m.
This session will focus on updates and reporting requirements involving Gifted delivery models, FTE segments, and teacher reporting. Participants will have the opportunity to review changes, ask questions, and receive guidance to help ensure accurate and consistent data submissions.
September 17, 2026 | 1 p.m.
The GaDOE Data Collection and Validation team will hold open office hours to discuss new and modified edits in Student Class, Certified/Classified Personnel Information (CPI), and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE). Topics will include updates related to Special Education delivery modules, FTE segments, and teacher-related data. District staff are encouraged to participate in these sessions, which will provide valuable Special Education data resources and guidance to support a successful reporting year.
September 24, 2026 | 1 p.m.
This session will provide an opportunity to discuss updates, ask questions, and address concerns related to ESOL data reporting to help ensure accurate and timely submissions.
October 1, 2026 | 1 p.m.
The GaDOE Data Collection and Validation team will hold open office hours to discuss collection updates and address questions and concerns related to Student Class (SC), Certified/Classified Personnel Information (CPI), and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE). These sessions are designed to help district staff prepare for successful collection submission and reporting.
October 8, 2026 | 1 p.m.
The GaDOE Data Collection and Validation team will hold open office hours to discuss EIP Delivery Models and address questions related to reporting requirements and data collection processes. District staff are encouraged to attend to receive guidance and support for successful reporting.
October 15, 2026 | 1 p.m.
The GaDOE Data Collection and Validation team will host open office hours to provide guidance and answer questions regarding comments and warnings associated with Student Class (SC), Certified/Classified Personnel Information (CPI), and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE). District staff are encouraged to attend to discuss concerns, receive support, and prepare for the successful completion of these collections.
