As educators and servant leaders, we often have a hard time prioritizing our own wellbeing. Mental health is not only a challenge faced by students, but also by colleagues and family members. The following EAP sessions are offered in March.

Session 1, March 2: Mental Health Recognize and Respond-A Session to Help Employees Become Agents of Change
This seminar will help participants become equipped with knowledge to be a supportive colleague able to recognize signs of concern and respond appropriately.

Session 2, March 14: Mental Health Recognize and Respond- A Session for Managers
This session will help participants recognize signs of concern and how to respond appropriately.
