Session 1, May 4: Healthy Boundaries and Work-Life Balance
This session will help participants identify various ways to achieve balance with personal, family and work responsibilities.

Session 2, May 11: Tracking Sleep and Stress Fatigue
This session will help participants understand the relationship between stress and quality of sleep and the importance of stress and sleep management by developing coping strategies to tackle stress fatigue and sleep better.

Session 3, May 18: Coping with Critical Illness
This session will help participants learn to manage feelings associated with critical illnesses which may make it difficult to function, think straight, or lead to mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, in order to adjust to a new way of living and living a fulfilling life.
