As educators and servant leaders, we often have a hard time prioritizing our own wellbeing. Mental health is not only a challenge faced by students, but also by colleagues and family members. The following EAP sessions are offered in April.
Session 1, April 6: Effective Stress Management
This session will help participants understand the physical stress responses and difficulties in developing healthy coping strategies, which cause a build-up of stress hormones in our minds and bodies leading to more significant health issues such as burnout and/ or depression.
Session 2, April 18: Unlock the Secret to Financial Wellbeing
This session will help participants through the process of tracking spending so they understand how they currently spend money.
Session 3, April 20: Switching Off-Life Beyond Digital Devices
This session will help participants gain a powerful insight into the true impact of living and working in a reactive, fully connected world.
