Duration: 6 hours 30 minutes
Intended Audience: District Leaders
Are you a new curriculum director? Did you miss the March ELA Standards Tour, but you are you beginning the task of creating your district’s implementation plan? We are excited to offer this additional “launch” opportunity to district leaders new to their roles and/or district leaders seeking a make-up session for Part II of the ELA Standards Launch Tour. This professional learning session will focus on a deeper dive into the form and content of Georgia’s K-12 English Language Arts Standards framework, with an emphasis on the key cornerstones of state and district implementation. District participants will have time to work collaboratively to craft their local approaches.
This material was originally presented at the March session of the ELA Standards Launch Tour; if you attended a March session, you do not need to attend this event.
