Designed for educators in GaLEADS pilot districts, this session breaks down the “playbook” behind the development of GaLEADS and the ELEVATE model. Participants will explore the benefits of the system, discover resources that support professional growth, and identify practical strategies for strengthening teaching and learning. Attendees will leave with their own classroom game plan, applying ELEVATE strategies to support student success and continuous improvement.
