This course introduces the English Language Proficiency (ELP) Screener within My Georgia Insights (SLDS), designed for Georgia LEAs. Learners will explore an efficient online method for recording, submitting, and determining a student’s eligibility for ESOL services. The course also provides insights into accessing immediate information regarding transfer students’ EL status, qualifying dates, and scores, ensuring accurate and timely identification for district ESOL programs.
