December 12: Switching Off – Life Beyond Digital Devices: Gain powerful insight into the true impact of living and working in a reactive, fully-connected world.

January 23: Unlock the Secret to Financial Wellbeing: Learn the process of tracking spending to understand how you currently utilize your money.

January 25: Powerful Communication – Harnessing Effective Techniques to Enhance Your Style: Improve your ability to convey information to others both effectively and efficiently and reinforce your active listening skills.

February 20: Staying Optimistic – Conquering Negative Thoughts: Learn how to gain control over negative thoughts and turn them into neutral or positive ones, helping to conquer unhealthy and unhelpful habits.

February 22: Creating a Resilient Mindset: Learn how to cope with the daily pressure of work/life and strategies for managing within a challenging environment.

March 19: Healthy Boundaries and Work-Life Balance: Identify various ways to achieve balance with personal, family and work responsibilities.

March 21: Boosting Your Mental Health: Identify the importance of managing your own health and energy as an essential part of living a happy and healthy life.

April 9: Eat Well, Move More, Sleep Better: Explore three of the most important components for living a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, movement and sleep.

April 11: Work Smarter, Not Harder – Become a Time Management Master: A basic explanation of the time management process and the characteristics of effective time managers. Facilitators will discuss the importance of prioritizing important events and explore the role of delegation and communicating delegation.
