Effective feedback is one of the most powerful tools school leaders have to support educator growth and improve student learning. This session will explore evidence-based strategies for providing timely, actionable, and growth-oriented feedback that strengthens instructional practice and builds educator confidence. Participants will learn how to foster reflective conversations, align feedback to instructional priorities, leverage coaching techniques, and create a culture of continuous improvement where feedback is viewed as an opportunity for professional growth. School leaders will leave with practical tools and strategies to deliver meaningful feedback that empowers educators and leads to lasting improvements in teaching and learning.
