End-of-Pathway Assessment Data Reporting

February 18 - May 6

Description:

The Data Collection and Validation team invites you to attend End-of-Pathway Assessment Data Reporting sessions.

February 18, 2026 | 1:30PM
End-of-Pathway Assessments (EOPAs) are given to Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE) students who successfully complete all the designated courses in a CTAE pathway. Students who are eligible to participate in EOPA testing activities should have successfully completed the three designated courses in the pathway or be enrolled in the final designated course of the pathway on track to successfully complete the last designated course.
EOPA Data Reporting Overview will provide a high-level overview of reporting EOPA data using the EOPA data collection application.

May 6, 2027 |1:30PM
This webinar includes a live demonstration of the End of Pathway Assessment (EOPA) Application and is designed for staff responsible for reporting students who participate in CTAE pathway assessments.

EOPA assessment information is reported for high school students only. Therefore, only districts with students enrolled in grades 9–12 are required to submit pathway assessment data.

The session will review reporting requirements, application functionality, and the sign-off process. All districts, charter schools, state schools, and the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) are required to complete the sign-off process, regardless of whether EOPA data is reported.
