Evaluating Program Impact with School and District Improvement

The Office of School and District Improvement invites participants to learn the purpose of program evaluation and how these efforts can positively impact student outcomes. Participants will engage in lively discussions on how to use Georgia’s Systems of Continuous Improvement to effectively implement program evaluation. Attendees will leave with tangible action steps for program evaluation models, including the Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) framework. The session also includes a deeper dive into the Assessment, Initiative, Resource, and Consultant Inventory (AIRCI) tool when considering the impact of school and district initiatives and programs.
