Presenters review the current dispute resolution data in Georgia and discuss common IDEA violations found in formal state complaints and due process hearings, with an emphasis on IDEA violations related to the work of school psychologists. School psychologists may utilize this training to complete a thorough review of local policies, practices, and procedures to assess the impact on local student outcomes. The training may also be relevant as a support for administrators, special education staff, and general education staff.
