How is SWD achievement in your building? What are you doing to be a change agent? What are you looking for on walk-throughs? How do you know students are learning? How do you know teachers are growing? How do Individual Education Plans (IEP), Specially Designed Instruction (SDI), High Leverage Practices (HLP), Assistive Technology (AT), accommodations and modifications impact instruction?
