Description:
The focus of this webinar is to review the current dispute resolution data in Georgia and discuss some common IDEA violations found in formal state complaints and due process hearings. The webinar places an emphasis on IDEA violations that are related to the work of school psychologists. School psychologists may utilize this training to complete a thorough review of local policies, practices, and procedures to assess the impact on local student outcomes. The components of this webinar may also be reviewed to support administrators, special education staff, and general education staff.
