The series will focus on critical topics related to transition planning and continuous improvement efforts that support students with disabilities in achieving successful postsecondary outcomes. Sessions will explore key areas including career development, postsecondary education and training opportunities, employment readiness, independent living, self-determination, and community engagement. Content is intentionally designed in response to feedback from district Transition Specialists and practitioners, ensuring that each topic addresses current needs, emerging challenges, and effective practices from the field. The series promotes a coordinated approach to strengthening transition services and improving outcomes for students across the state. Through meaningful learning opportunities, participants will gain practical strategies, evidence-based resources, and collaborative tools that can be immediately applied to support students in planning for life beyond high school.
