Join the Educator Support and Development division for a GaDOE Mentoring Leadership Community of Practice.
Session 1: This inaugural Mentoring Leadership Community of Practice (CoP) session will introduce participants to the purpose, goals, and expectations of the statewide mentoring initiative. Leaders will begin building relationships with colleagues across the state while sharing mentoring experiences, successes, and challenges. Through collaborative discussion and reflection, participants will identify common needs, celebrate effective practices, and help shape future CoP learning opportunities.
Session 2: Participants will continue building their statewide network while engaging in discussions centered on mentoring implementation, professional learning, and educator support. Guided by participant interests and emerging needs, this session will provide space for reflection, resource sharing, and collaborative exploration of topics that matter most to mentoring leaders.
