Description:
This inaugural Mentoring Leadership Community of Practice (CoP) session will introduce participants to the purpose, goals, and expectations of the statewide mentoring initiative. Leaders will begin building relationships with colleagues across the state while sharing mentoring experiences, successes, and challenges. Through collaborative discussion and reflection, participants will identify common needs, celebrate effective practices, and help shape future CoP learning opportunities.
