This one-day kickoff session held in person at METRO RESA provides GaLEADS Cohort D pilot team members with a foundational understanding of GaLEADS, including key components and implementation expectations. Districts will learn how GaLEADS supports the recruitment, retention, and recognition of effective educators while helping shape a statewide model to ELEVATE leaders and teachers. This session is for Cohort D leadership team members (Superintendent, Pilot Coordinator, district personnel, building administrators, coaches, teacher leader representation 1-3).
