This one-day credentialing session held in person at METRO RESA prepares new GaLEADS Observers from Cohorts A, B, C, and D to implement the ELEVATE Observation Model with confidence, clarity, and consistency. This session is for those who will be observing teachers using the GaLEADS ELEVATE Model. Participants will collaborate to explore the key components of the ELEVATE Model; observe standards and indicators during instruction; and effectively use the ELEVATE Feedback Cycle.
