Building Capacity, Growing Talent: A Modern Approach to Student Potential
Join us for an engaging, practical workshop designed to equip educators with the knowledge and skills needed to build and sustain effective talent development programs. Participants will explore the purpose and impact of talent development, examine its direct connection to educator effectiveness and student achievement, and learn how to design systems aligned with the Teacher Keys Effectiveness System (TKES).
Sparking Creativity Across the Content Areas
Participants will explore practical strategies for embedding creativity across core content areas. Through examples and guided activities, they will learn how creative approaches enhance inquiry-based learning, align with standards, and support differentiation for advanced learners. With facilitator support, participants will apply these strategies to their own lessons.
Essentials of Gifted Education and Advanced Academics
This session provides a comprehensive overview of the key components of gifted education and advanced academics. Educators will gain the knowledge needed to effectively identify and support gifted and advanced learners while strengthening overall program quality. By the end of the session, participants will be prepared to implement practices that foster student potential and promote meaningful academic growth.
