How is TKES/LKES data used to improve teacher and leader practices? The purpose of this module is to provide district personnel over staff growth and building administration the necessary tools to use self-assessment data to improve teacher and leader practices. Participants will learn how to locate and pull data, transfer raw data into clear, easy to read charts and graphs and to utilize the data to drive professional learning opportunities.
