Grief Support for Students with Special Needs (Teachers)

This session is designed and scheduled for classroom teachers, as their limited schedules make accessing mental health professional learning difficult. To keep these sessions accessible for them, we kindly ask non‑classroom staff to register for our other available training opportunities.
Learn how students with different abilities may process grief and strategies to support them. Neurodivergence or cognitive delays may require different interventions and support for grieving students. Learn how to help these students process a personal loss or one that may be affecting the school community.
Duration: 1 hour
