Health and Physical Education In-Person Workshops

GaDOE Health and Physical Education is pleased to present these by-request professional learning workshops for RESAs and LEAs for all Health and P.E. educators.
These full-day, in-person workshops begin at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m., with the opening session being a GaDOE Health and PE introduction that explains how to access resources and provides an update to current initiatives from the Georgia Department of Education. These resources include access to standards, curriculum maps, exemplar unit plans, and exemplar lesson plans (all accessible through various GaDOE platforms).
The sessions are content-specific and can be booked by representatives of RESAs or district-level administrators. We are unable to offer workshops to individual schools. These workshops require a minimum of 15 participants due to associated travel and material costs.
