A panel of district leaders will showcase the innovative ways they used the NEW In-Field reports to identify whether teachers are in-field or out-of-field for certification. LEAs will discuss the process they used to complete the data analysis, the stakeholders involved, and next steps for teachers who are being reported as out-of-field. Participants will be able to reflect on the processes showcased by other LEAs as they determine the most appropriate next steps when reviewing the In-Field reports for their LEA.
