Leader Keys Effectiveness System (LKES) Train the Trainer courses prepare district, school, and RESA leaders to understand LKES through a comprehensive deep dive into the components. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions to ensure knowledge of the system(s). Upon completion, attendees will be equipped with the strategies and materials necessary to facilitate high-quality LKES training with others.
