An effective progress monitoring system informs data-based decisions to meet the unique needs of each child in Georgia’s Tiered System of Supports for Students. Presented by Dr. Tessie Rose Bailey, Principal Technical Assistance Consultant with the American Institutes for Research (AIR), this session focuses on the essential component of Progress Monitoring within Georgia’s MTSS. Participants in this session learn the essential criteria of an MTSS Progress Monitoring system, goal setting strategies based on instruction intensity, and approaches to analyzing progress monitoring data.
