This professional learning webinar series is a collaborative initiative between the Georgia Department of Education Division for Exceptional Students and the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA), designed to support special education professionals in preparing students with disabilities for successful postsecondary transitions.
Using Pathful as the central career readiness tool, this series will guide educators in creating inclusive, engaging, and industry-informed experiences that align with IEP goals and transition planning. Participants will explore how to leverage Pathful’s platform to help students discover career possibilities, build confidence, and develop essential workplace skills—ensuring every learner has a clear and supported path to their future.
