Personalization and Differentiation for Secondary Teachers

Join this session for grade 6-12 teachers focused on facilitating and planning student-centered practices or personalized learning. All content is aligned with Georgia’s vision and standards for personalized learning.

Our goal is to better understand the why, what, and how of personalized learning and differentiation. We explore student-focused approaches and view simulations of best practices in action, including comparing and contrasting personalized learning and differentiated instruction.

Facilitators share hands-on and reflection activities designed to engage and empower learners. Participants walk away with knowledge of easy-to-use, learner-centered experiences and the ability to apply practices that build capacity for the sustainability of personalized learning.

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes
