PowerSchool SIS: Health Management

August 28 - September 5

Intended Audience: District Leaders, School Nurses

Are you a PowerSchool district? Join us in this three-session series about using the health management module within the PowerSchool Student Information System (SIS).

August 28: Defining your District Settings
Are you a District IT administrator or lead school nurse? Does your health module need to be set up or updated? Learn how to capture, manage, and track student health-related information using PowerSchool SIS health functionality. Additionally, learn how to set up student information, such as immunizations, health screenings, customized student health plans, and more. Lastly, use system features to restrict access to student health information and to audit changes to health data. The recommended audience is district staff who set up the health module and a lead or district nurse.

August 30: Recording Student Information
Are you a school nurse or clinic assistant who is using the Power School health module for clinic documentation or would like to begin using it? Learn how to enter and manage student information, such as immunizations, health screenings, customized student health plans, and more. The recommended audience is school nurses and clinic staff.

September 5: Health Module Q&A
Have you set up PowerSchool health or are trying to improve your usage based on the webinars that have been provided but still needing further assistance? Join the Office of Whole Child as we provide open office hours for you to engage with a PowerSchool trainer to get your questions answered. You may drop in anytime during the meeting time.
