Designed for educators and leaders in GaLEADS pilot districts, this session focuses on preparing for meaningful mid-year ACCELERATE conferences that support professional growth and continuous improvement. Participants will learn strategies for monitoring progress across standards, analyzing growth measure data, and providing actionable feedback. Attendees will leave with practical approaches for facilitating productive conversations that promote reflection, accountability, and ongoing development.
