Description:
This session will prepare observers in GaLEADS pilot districts to confidently implement the ELEVATE model by reviewing key components, best practices, and observation processes. Participants will examine observer roles and assignments, engage in guided practice using authentic scenarios, and strengthen their ability to apply the model consistently. The session will conclude with a dedicated question and answer opportunity to support successful implementation and observer readiness.
