This session provides an overview of the Ready Georgia Seal of Preparedness. The Seal of Preparedness is a collaborative effort between the Georgia Department of Education (GaDOE) and the Georgia Emergency Management & Homeland Security Agency (GEMA/HS). It recognizes individual schools that go above and beyond in their emergency preparedness efforts to safeguard students, faculty, and staff. This presentation includes instructions on how to access the application within GaConnects and the criteria that are required for recognition.
