Join the Georgia Department of Education to explore how effective teacher induction programs enhance recruitment, improve retention, and develop future leaders. This webinar will cover successful Georgia districts, current research, practical strategies for sustainable induction systems, and guidance for the 2026-27 Certified Teacher Induction Program (CTIP) application process. Participants will gain insights into the CTIP certification and ways to strengthen support for new teachers in their districts.
