Reframing Behavior: Supporting Trauma-Affected Students (Teachers)

This session is designed and scheduled for classroom teachers, as their limited schedules make accessing mental health professional learning difficult. To keep these sessions accessible for them, we kindly ask non‑classroom staff to register for our other available training opportunities.
This interactive workshop provides K-12 teachers and school staff with quick high-impact, trauma-informed strategies to support students who have experienced trauma. Participants will explore how trauma affects student behavior, learn practical reframing techniques, and apply strategies to create a safe and supportive classroom environment. This session is designed for immediate application, with a focus on real-world scenarios and hands-on practice.
