Reporting Preschool Outcomes in Special Education Applications
LEAs are required to provide preschool outcome data for preschool students with disabilities who are exiting preschool services due to promotion to kindergarten or turning six years of age. Outcome data is reported annually on July 31, through the Preschool Outcomes Application of the Special Education Applications (SE Applications) located in the GaDOE Portal. This session will inform participants of the outcome information required and how to accurately submit the data in the Preschool Outcomes Application. Using the actual application with examples, presenters will inform Special Education Directors and other Special Education Leaders about which students should be reported and how to report them.
