Reporting Timelines in Special Education Applications
LEAs are required to conduct evaluations for students suspected of having a disability, as well as to transition students who are referred by Babies Can’t Wait by the third birthday. Districts are required to report these evaluations and transitions annually through the Timelines Application of the Special Education Applications (SE Applications) located in the GaDOE Portal. This session will highlight how to complete the Timelines Application found in the GaDOE Portal and assist users to accurately report their data through this application. Information will be shared to assist Special Education Directors and other Special Education Leaders in understanding which students should be reported and how to apply Timelines exceptions and rules.
