Resilience Enhancement & Leadership Model (REALM)

REALM is an evidence-informed program that supports skill building in the three realms of resilience: individual, interpersonal, and organizational. It is designed to promote sustainable wellbeing and create more engaged, connected, and caring communities. REALM teaches participants to build resilience through a variety of mind-body principles and self-leadership strategies to help reduce personal and collective stress and enhance quality of life. This training is provided by The Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire.
